All dresses are thoroughly inspected for quality before being shipped. We ensure that items are in perfect condition at the time of dispatch.

Sizing & Product Descriptions

Each dress includes detailed size information and product descriptions. We strongly recommend all customers double-check measurements, size guides, and descriptions before placing an order to ensure the best fit.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any purchases.
All sales are final.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size of the same item, provided:

  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving the item (you can adjust this timeframe),

  • The dress is unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, and with all tags attached,

  • The customer covers return shipping costs.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Incorrect or Defective Items

In the rare case that you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will assist you promptly.
